To ensure that a building achieves the performance expected by the users, commissioning should be considered as a continuous process throughout the building life-cycle. ABS offers training to FM and BS staff to apply this method to new and existing buildings, with a specific focus on optimizing the operation and maintenance of the building plant in accordance with the relevant business priorities.
