Air Conditioning Inspections
Legislation requires a detailed inspection of the complete system that provides cooling with an output of over 250kW by 4 January 2009 and systems over 12kW by 4 January 2011. An accredited energy assessor is required to perform the inspection and provide a written report.
ABS employs CIBSE certified Low Carbon Energy Assessors authorised to identify opportunities for cost savings and increasing energy efficiency whilst reducing carbon emissions from air conditioning systems. Inspections can be performed parallel to activities such as maintenance checks.
