

ABS was formed in 1987 to provide strategic consultancy services to owners, managers and occupiers of buildings and estates.
During the 1990s ABS developed and implemented various service products to enable clients to improve the performance of their facilities by optimising relevant parameters in accordance with the priority to the success of the core business - Sustainable solutions for the working environment.
Over the last 10 years ABS has enhanced and consolidated its service products to enable them to be delivered through the process of Continuous Commissioning (ConCom). ConCom is ABS' umbrella offering - Carbon & Energy Management, Facilities Management, Occupant Feedback, Regulation Compliance, Building Services and Training. ConCom demonstrates that cost effective carbon & energy management can be achieved and sustained.
